Room’s are very bad poor conditions.vary poor service and no buddy care about customer complaint.my personally advice please check before book the hotel...room worth 1500maximum not more then.

The superior rooms in which we stayed were spacious and good.The ameneties in the room were good as everything was provided for a basic need.The staff was good and polite and the food was excellent.Only thing worth needing attention is the upkeep of bathroom. Also the outside noise of the buses honking nearby needs to be taken care of by sound barriers.

Room was clean and hygienic but the receptionist at night was very unprofessional we made us wait till to activate tv and was hurling at me to wait for 2 hours he was literally asking me whether i jv come stay or watch tv after activation at 10 30 pm he calls and says that’s why i told you to wait

The room was good and all the furnitures and bathroom fittings were in good working condition. The food is way below average - breakfast was bad. The location is also not very convenient.

Good and clean rooms, washroom also good needs maintenance of fittings, has a good restaurant and bar good lavish break fast, little out of city but overall f great place to stay

Located close to satellite bus station. Rooms where neat and service was very good. Breakfast spread was also good. Will surely recommend this place.

The breakfast was great but the service was slow. The wifi and tv was not working. The geyser was turned off at first and switched on only after requesting them to turn it on. There was no kettle in the room.
